Our 6" x 16" model is perfect for medium size grow tents with footprint of 2x4x8ft, 4x4x8ft or grow rooms of equivalent size. Pair with ECMF-150 6" EC Fan for best results. Recommended minimum fan airflow range 300-400 CFM. Max airflow Up to 400 CFM.

Why Carbon is the most important part of your Air Filter?
Carbon quality grade and the thickness of the carbon bed are the 2 key elements which determine performance of any Carbon Filter. Unlike many of our competitors who use larger carbon pellets of lower grade coal, TerraBloom Carbon Filters are made with RC-48 / RC-412 Grade Australian Virgin Carbon. This top quality carbon is granulated into the smallest pieces which allow for tighter packing inside the filter with less air pockets between the granules all leading to a better filtration performance. Unlike many economy grade filters, which only have the carbon bed that is 38mm thick, all TerraBloom Carbon Filters have carbon beds which are 46mm thick. This is 15% more carbon which contributes to longer life span and better odor elimination properties of our filters.

TerraBloom premium carbon filters have industry leading 1.8” (46mm) deep carbon bed that is at least 20% thicker than competition. Our filters scrub air better and have longer lifespan.
We use only highest grade, granular Australian activated charcoal, which gives you better adsorption and superior carbon porosity to capture odors, VOCs and other airborne pollutants in growing, laser engraving, food processing and manufacturing applications.
This charcoal scrubber can be installed both inside and outside the grow tent and is capable of filtering air in both directions. Whether you want to use it as an exhaust or intake. You can pull air though the filter and out or push air into the filter and out of your grow room, it will work just as well.
6 x 16 inch model has a gross weight of 12.9 lbs and contains 7.2 lbs of carbon inside. It can handle airflow rates up to 400 CFM. For seamless operation pair this filter with TerraBloom 6” EC Fan, model ECMF-150.
